I have worked with chefs, restaurateurs, food writers and industry partners to develop bestselling cookbooks of lasting quality and value. Some of the chefs, cooks and bakers whose books I have helped to shape are Jamie Kennedy, Anna Olson, Massimo Capra, Ruth Tal and Jennifer Houston, Linda Haynes, Donna Hay, Patrick McMurray, and Mairlyn Smith.
Bestselling Made With Love by Kelly Childs and Erinn Weatherbie is a recent editorial project. This complex vegan baking and cookery book is deceptively simple and appealing.
I currently direct and teach in the Creative Book Publishing program at Humber College, and I work as a publishing consultant with international publishing enterprises.
