 I graduated with distinction from the Oenology and Viticulture program at the University of Adelaide in South Australia. I have since done 15 international harvests in a winemaking capacity. Some of the highlights were Calera in California, By Farr in Australia, Escarpment in New Zealand, Cape Mentelle in Margaret River and Alpha Box and DIce in Mclaren Vale. Previous to my time in production, I was involved on the retail and sales side of the industry, working as a Sommelier, mostly at Relias and Chateau or similar properties around the world and boutique wine shops in Australia. I am currently the  winemaker along side Francois Morissette at Pearl Morissette in Jordan Ontario.
