A creative thinker and strategic planner, Cindy La brings 10+ years of marketing experience to her role at Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality (O&B). Passionate about quality food, emotional service, and unparalleled hospitality, Cindy leads social media ambassadors across 18 restaurants and eight event venues, as well as an internal team. Since joining O&B in 2012, Cindy has successfully grown the company’s social media presence and adapted to changing technologies and platforms. From leveraging Twitter as a powerful guest relations tool to firmly establishing the brand on Facebook and Instagram, Cindy has proven herself as a savvy marketing professional with a keen awareness for social media trends and best practices. In an industry that is constantly changing, Cindy works tirelessly to ensure O&B and its brands are constantly on top of their social media game. 

Cindy also serves as the company’s in-house photographer and videographer. A natural visual storyteller, Cindy is armed with technical precision and an artistic eye for detail. Whether she’s shooting Canoe’s new tasting menu or a swanky launch party, Cindy isn’t satisfied until she gets that perfect shot. Her work has been featured in both national and international publications including Canadian House & Home, Food & Wine and Vogue Japan. 

With further national expansion ahead, Cindy is poised to lead the social media strategy of Oliver & Bonacini’s new concepts. Strongly committed to the thought that authenticity is a brand’s greatest social media asset, Cindy is a fierce protector of the O&B core values, voice and vision.
