FOUNDER, Société-Orignal & École-Buissonnière
Born and raised in Provence in the South of France, Cyril settled in Quebec 16 years after years of travelling and working in the international restaurant industry, namely under Alain Ducasse. He has a certificate in Marketing from the University of Nice-Sophia-Antipolis and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université du Québec à Montréal’s School of Management (ESG). He is also a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada since 2010.
He currently leads the business development program at École-Buissonnière (Playing-hooky), a strategic food-marketing firm based in Québec.
Prior in his career, he co-founded Société-Orignal in 2011, an innovative venture that developed and showcased a portfolio of rare and impromptu products developed along with Québec farming families and chefs from Montréal, Toronto and New York.
His expertise brings human scale companies to the next step, while always preserving it’s human values and human interests.
