For more than five years now, Geneviève Vézina-Montplaisir has been directing her journalistic practice towards gastronomy and food industry. As a witness to the effervescence of Quebec's culinary scene in recent years, Geneviève wanted to address it in a different media, co-founding Caribou magazine in 2014. 

Caribou magazine reflects Québec culinary, gastronomic and food culture in full affirmation of its identity, carried by chefs and farmers. It’s an appetizing project worlds apart from the traditional recipe magazines that currently stuff the newsstands.
