Jeroen Van Oijen
worked in gastronomy for fifteen years before embarking on a career as a marketing adviser and food designer. He completed several study programmes to gain better insight into creative processes, a subject on which he lectures at several of the Netherlands' better culinary institutes as a guest speaker. His dream was to create a platform that presents all the knowledge a chef needs in a well-organised manner so that chefs will continue to innovate without having to browse through stacks of books and magazines.
