Natalie is the National Sales & Marketing Director for the reservation app called DINR. DINR was created by the owner of Garde Manger and Le Bremner in Montreal to help manage his restaurants. DINR has proven to be a great tool for high demand restaurants across Canada. DINR matches last-minute diners with same day reservations at a curated list of Canada's best restaurants including Joe Beef, Alo, Battuto, Bar Isabel & Savio Volpe.
Natalie quite literally has her finger on the pulse with regard to Canada's current culinary landscape. She has organized & executed over 400 exclusive dining experiences at top restaurants and wineries across North America—including a pop-up for over 400 Juno attendees on a VIA train from Toronto to Ottawa. She has worked alongside a great number of major chefs from Jamie Kennedy to Normand Laprise to Daniel Boulud.
A graduate of McGill University in Cultural Studies and Concordia's journalism program, she is also a skilled editor and writer, managing the marketing communications as well as contributing to various foodie publications. Her writing has appeared in CityBites Magazine, Toronto Life and The Montreal Gazette
