Michelle is a TV personality and writer with a passion for food, fitness and living well. Her work has been featured on networks across Canada and around the world over the past decade on networks including Global Television, CTV, MTV Canada, H2, and The Weather Network and more. Career highlights include several years of interviewing celebrities Toronto International Film Festival for eOne Films, and hosting and producing Toronto Dining, a show devoted to the diverse food scene in Canada’s largest city that was truly a labour of love.

Michelle has recently appeared as a lifestyle and fitness network on programs such as Cityline, CP24 Breakfast, and CH Morning Live. She contributes content on food and wine, fitness and travel in a number of online publications including CBC Life and Post City Online.

A graduate of York University’s Theatre program, Michelle truly loves speaking in front of a crowd. She has hosted a number of high profile live events including the S. Pellegrino Young Chef competition, Interac Dinner in Black, Chefs for Change, and will be returning to Taste of Toronto for the fourth year in a row in 2017.

With a lifelong love of fitness and sports – Michelle thrives on being active. She is also a Stott certified Pilates instructor with a background in functional athletics and is able to bring that expertise to health and wellness content. An avid traveler, she counts Spain, Taiwan, and the bay area of California as some of her favourite destinations. Michelle lives in Toronto with her husband and son, and considers being a mama her greatest role to date.
