Food journalist, editor and researcher based in Warsaw. A curious mind, hungry writer, trend hunter, restless seeker of honest food. In the past she co-founded the Underground Restaurant in Warsaw and co-created a couple of projects in Poland and abroad with her culinary art group MASH/HER/DIP. But her heart always belonged to storytelling. She was an editor and then vice editor-in-chief of Kuchnia magazine. Her print work includes travel and food history features, interviews with world known chefs, recipe development, covering events, foreign and domestic. Seeking new stimulus and flexibility, she turned to freelancing, now writing and editing for various outlets. Her newest project is Mlask, an online platform focusing on gastronomy culture and chefs.
