2017-: Wieze, Belgium: Currently working as a Sustainability Brand Development Manager for global gourmet brands

Ruva's work in sustainability includes a stint at the Virtual Academy of Sustainability, Germany where she worked as an Interviewer and Student Assistant for the authors of Sustainability Marketing.
She then completed her B.A thesis in Raising Organisational Awareness of Sustainability at Vector Foiltec, before joining Barry Callebaut, Switzerland. There she developed a Sustainability Program for La Morella, the nuts entity in Spain.
Today, she works with Barry Callebaut in Belgium. Daily, she is working with their global gourmet brands to embed sustainability and place purpose at the core; determining brand specific strategies to drive and champion the corporate targets of Forever Chocolate; and developing tools and activities to engage and create transferable value for their gourmet customers by leveraging their efforts on the ground while acknowledging the work and expertise of cocoa farmers.
She's an avid sports fan and a fierce competitor. Has played cricket at national level.
