Sarah Musgrave has eaten her way across the country three times in search of Canada’s Best New Restaurants for Air Canada enRoute, travelling anonymously and consuming more than a lifetime share of foie gras along the way. She is now the executive editor of the airline’s award-winning inflight publication with more than 1.5 million readers each month. Her experience writing about food goes back more than 15 years, as a decade-long restaurant columnist in the Montreal Gazette daily newspaper and author of the Resto à Go-Go guides. In addition to a background in the alternative press and in screenwriting, Sarah has a Masters in Media Studies. Her funded academic research focuses on the political economy of food, exploring links between place, taste and ideas of authenticity in the marketplace.She is a member of the Agriculture, Food, & Human Values Society and the Société Des Auteurs & Compositeurs Dramatiques.
