Simon Thibault is a Halifax-based journalist, food writer, and producer. His printed work has appeared in such publications as The Globe and Mail and Vice. His radio work has been featured on CBC Radio, as well as the Southern Foodways Alliance’s James Beard Award winning podcast, Gravy.  He is also a programmer at the Devour! Food Film Fest, in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. His first book, Pantry & Palate is a lesson in Acadian foodways, a dive into culinary history and a family narrative, all packed into one book.
