Customer service and guest experience have always been a priority for Virgilio Vea. With over 20 years of hospitality experience these are always top of mind in the daily activity of Ontario’s only CAA/AAA Five Diamond dining room.
It was quickly recognized at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa when Virgilio joined the team in 2005 as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager that he excelled in service skills, product knowledge and staff management. As a team player he is the conductor to his 20 member serving team to not only look after the Relais and Chateaux Grand Chef status dinning room but also the other dining outlets on property including; the casual Wilks’ Bar, Afternoon Tea Service, Room Service, Terrace dining and Room Service.
He began his hospitality career as a graduate of the Hospitality and Tourism Management Bachlor of Commerce program from Ryerson University. Prior to joining Langdon Hall he excelled in both the hotel and private golf club industry as director/ manager of food and beverage including The Ambassador Resort Hotel & Conference Centre, The Toronto Colony Hotel, Glen Abbey Golf Club and The Metropolitan Hotel.
Virigilio enjoys spending time with his infant daughter Isabella and wife Christy and when time permits he enjoys time on the golf course.
