Trashed at Terroir will feature dishes created from
rescued ingredients - ingredients that are often bound
for the bin - served up by culinary teams from across
North America who are currently implementing food waste rescue and reduction practices of their own.
We are proud to partner with Second Harvest and FoodRescue.ca who will help us bring our zero food waste initiative full circle by helping us donate any leftover food items to those in need.
THE FOGO ISLAND INN
You will be asked to vote for your favorite dish using our official event app, Whova. The winner will receive a magical 3 night stay at the Fogo Island Inn hosted by Chef Jonathan Gushue with meals, excursions and transportation included. Be sure to vote at the Symposium!

A collaboration between Chef Chris Barrett of O&B and Chef Scott McRae of David's Restaurant in Norfolk County featuring locally sourced products from ‘Ontario’s Garden’.

Taste sweet and savoury chocolate creations from seven talented Toronto chefs including Jeroen V. Heivoirt of La Rocca Creative Kitchen, Gael Moutet of The Ritz Carlton Hotel, Shannon Watson of the St. Regis, Brendan Platts of Kost, Laura Maxwll of Le Select Bistro, Joyce Wong of The Chase and Romain Avril + Richelle Tablang.
