Bettina Schormann is a deeply experienced pastry chef and hospitality leader whose work has shaped the pastry program and whole guest experience at her restaurants Bardō. Pastry remains her priority with flavour, taste, quality, and consistency, She is now leading Bardō’s growth and direction within and alongside Pearle Hospitality. She is the co-author of three cookbooks, including Earth to Table Bakes, which was shortlisted for a Canadian Cookbook Award. Bettina currently serves as Chair of the Locke Street BIA and works with the College of Skills and Trades to support pathways into the trades for younger generations. She is also a mom to Eleanor and a longtime dog parent currently pup mom to Bella.
